NSW Health Balmain Hospital is recruiting an Assistant in Nursing to support nursing care under RN supervision. The role offers permanent full-time or part-time hours with a base hourly rate of $32.85–$36.04 plus superannuation, at Balmain Hospital in Sydney’s Local Health District.

Qualifications

• HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or nursing student with two completed semesters and acute care experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work and contribute as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Assist in nursing care under RN supervision and according to the position description.
• Contribute to patient care plans and routine ward activities as required.
