Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Certificate III Acute Care (HLT33115) or evidence of placement in 2nd Year as an undergraduate RN
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
• Demonstrated ability to use information technology systems
• Proven self-motivation, flexibility and adaptability within scope of AIN practice

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised patient care: assist with hygiene, mobility, communication and daily living activities
• Support safe nursing practice within your scope of practice
• Assist nursing staff with routine technical tasks and equipment readiness
• Maintain accurate patient documentation to support continuity of care and compliance
• Collaborate with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals in a busy clinical setting

Education

Certificate III Acute Care (HLT33115)

Diploma of Nursing (HLT54115) or undergraduate RN placement
