Job summary

Estia Health in Australia is seeking caring individuals to join our aged care teams. In our homes you will help residents with daily life, ensure they are comfortable, well-fed, and safe, and work with a supportive team to meet their needs.

You will need a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, strong documentation skills, and a genuine desire to make a difference in residents' lives. We offer benefits and inclusive workplaces across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care required.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life, ensuring residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents' bodies and minds active.
• Assist with monitoring health and treatments as directed.
• Be a friendly presence, respecting privacy and dignity.
