Estia Health in New South Wales is seeking compassionate aged care professionals to support residents in our homes. You will help with daily living activities, ensure safety, and contribute to person-centred care plans. This role emphasizes dignity, respect, and teamwork across shift patterns.
You will need a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, plus experience as a caregiver or similar, and strong clinical documentation and computer skills to document care and liaise with the team.
