Job summary

Estia Health in New South Wales is seeking compassionate aged care professionals to support residents in our homes. You will help with daily living activities, ensure safety, and contribute to person-centred care plans. This role emphasizes dignity, respect, and teamwork across shift patterns.

You will need a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, plus experience as a caregiver or similar, and strong clinical documentation and computer skills to document care and liaise with the team.

Qualifications

• Must have Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar is preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities to promote comfort and dignity.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Monitor and support residents' health and well-being, including treatments as directed.
