Job summary

Estia Health in Australia invites caring individuals to join our team of dedicated carers across Queensland. You will support residents with daily living, dignity and privacy, and work as part of a compassionate team to deliver person-centred care.

Applicants should have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, demonstrate solid documentation and computer skills, and bring a genuine desire to make a difference. Experience as a caregiver is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily living, ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.
• Collaborate with team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Encourage activity to keep residents' bodies and minds active.
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with treatments.
• Provide companionship to residents.
• Protect residents' privacy and dignity.
