Quickcare in Inner West Sydney is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader to guide a dedicated team delivering a play-based program for children aged 0–2. The role focuses on building secure relationships with families and mentoring the educators in the room.

You will hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent, and have NSW Working With Children checks, First Aid/CPR, and Australian working rights.

Qualificações

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT), or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Experience working with children aged 0-2
• Current NSW Working With Children Check (paid employee)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
• Full Australian working rights

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small team delivering a play-based program for children aged 0-2
• Build strong relationships with families
• Mentor educators in the room
