Nepean Hospital in NSW Health's NBMLHD is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Transitional Aged Care Unit, guiding rehabilitation, reablement and patients’ transition to the next stage of care.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team, promote safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring staff through change in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse - Division 1 with AHPRA and extensive post-registration nursing experience.
• Ability to create and support a culture of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clinicians, managers, staff and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage human, physical and financial resources to deliver safe care.
• Excellent leadership to motivate, inspire and manage staff using change management.
• Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel within the LHD.
