NSW Health in Hornsby is seeking a motivated Nursing Unit Manager to join the Rehabilitation Ward 3D team at Hornsby Hospital. The role is temporary full-time until 2 January 2028 with potential ongoing employment, classification Nurse Unit Manager Level 2, and a weekly rate of $2,890.40 for 38 hours.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee ward operations, and drive safe, high-quality nursing care within a dynamic rehabilitation unit.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse-Division 1 with APHRA and relevant management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support a clinical team.
• Excellent communication and computer literacy.
