Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Nursing Unit Manager for the Medical Imaging Department at Hornsby Hospital. You will lead the ward/unit, manage staff, services and resources to deliver high-quality nursing care.

The role is permanent full-time within NSW Health, with a focus on collaborative multidisciplinary teamwork and continuous quality improvement. Immunisation and screening requirements apply.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse-Division 1 with APHRA and relevant management qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and support a clinical team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Applications, EMR, roster systems).
• Experience in change management and initiating a new service delivery model within an established service.
