Job summary

Respect is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager for Lyndoch Living, a high-care memory support unit in our aged care community. You will provide clinical leadership, shape care delivery, and support a dedicated team across 24/7 nursing support in a complex environment.

As the successful candidate, you will hold current RN registration with AHPRA, have leadership experience in high-care or memory care settings, and excel at building relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with AHPRA.
• Experience in nursing leadership or management in high‑care or memory care.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive quality care.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong clinical and operational leadership in the high care unit.
• Lead, support, and mentor nursing and care staff.
• Oversee day-to-day unit operations, including staffing and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and respond to audits.
• Collaborate with residents, families, multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership.
