Job summary

Respect Group Limited is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Lyndoch Living in Warrnambool, Victoria, ensuring safe, person-centred care and strong operational performance.

You will oversee clinical governance, financial results, workforce leadership and resident experience, while upholding Aged Care Quality Standards and our values-driven culture. A nursing qualification and registration support your leadership in this not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Nursing is desirable.
• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the home with a strong focus on quality and person-centred care.
• Drive clinical excellence, continuous improvement and positive consumer outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop teams to achieve high performance and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee quality improvement, risk management, audits, incident reporting and documentation.
