Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for Emergency Department to deliver advanced assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute cases. You will work with medical, nursing and allied health teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes across the region.

You will lead clinical excellence, mentor colleagues, and drive quality improvement and evidence-based practice while contributing to service improvement initiatives and education across the service.

Qualifications

  • Endorsement, or eligibility for endorsement, as a Nurse Practitioner with current professional registration.
  • Proven expertise in advanced assessment, diagnosis and management of acute and emergency presentations.
  • Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
