Job summary

NSW Health at Gosford Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager Grade 3 for the Central Coast Local Health District. This temporary full-time role (until November 2027) offers 38 hours per week with a remuneration of $79.80–$81.28 per hour, located at Gosford Hospital.

The successful candidate will lead the District Patient Flow Unit, drive district-wide patient flow and collaborate across services to deliver safe, timely, patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• Current NSW Driver Licence.
• Demonstrated nursing leadership and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the District Patient Flow Unit.
• Coordinate patient access and flow across the District.
• Drive patient access, demand and capacity management to ensure timely, safe care.
