The role requires senior clinical and operational management experience, with strong leadership, communication skills, and recruitment ability.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current unconditional AHPRA registration.
• Tertiary qualifications in Health Management or working towards the same.
• Clinical and operational management experience at a senior level.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to recruit nursing staff and use IT platforms.
