Job summary
SA Health's Northern Adelaide Local Health Network seeks an experienced registered nurse to become Nurse Educator at Lyell McEwin Health Service. Qualifications
- Substantial clinical experience in medical/acute inpatient settings.
- Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate adult learning programs in health.
- Strong communication skills across diverse clinical teams.
- Postgraduate qualification in nursing education is highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and evaluate education programs for nursing across the Medical Division at Lyell McEwin Health Service.
- Support clinical staff through orientation, competency assessment and ongoing professional development.
- Partner with unit managers and senior clinicians to identify learning needs and translate them into education.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and embed best-practice standards into daily care.
