NSW Health Narrandera Health Service is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to lead evidence-based education programs for nursing staff. You will assess learning needs, plan and deliver education, and evaluate outcomes to support safe, high-quality patient care.

This permanent part-time role (24 hours weekly) offers a competitive salary ($124,273.70–$128,301.89 p.a. pro-rata) plus superannuation and leave loading.

Qualifications

• Currently registered with AHPRA as a nurse.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a specialty area.
• Strong clinical teaching and facilitation skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adult learning principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Inspire and develop staff through engaging education, coaching and bedside teaching
• Lead orientation and transition programs to support new and transitioning staff to thrive in their roles
• Partner with clinical leaders to identify learning needs and implement targeted education strategies
• Promote patient safety, quality improvement and evidence-based practice through education and audit participation
