Job summary

South West Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Camperdown Campus as a Clinical Coordinator. This leadership role drives safe, high-quality, person-centred care while supporting clients to achieve greater independence and wellbeing.

The Clinical Coordinator oversees care delivery, supports clinical excellence, and ensures services meet individual needs. Hours may include weekends and public holidays, requiring flexibility to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Current Registration Certificate with AHPRA required.
• Minimum of five years post-graduate nursing experience.
• Expert knowledge of clinical and quality systems that promote safe patient care.
• Knowledge of nursing and midwifery regulations and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care delivery processes and support clinical excellence.
• Lead and coordinate nursing care in a team environment.
• Collaborate with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence and well-being.
