South West Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Coordinator in Camperdown, VIC. The role leads nursing teams, oversees care delivery and promotes high-quality, person-centered services across the campus.

Flexibility includes weekends and public holidays; part-time 24 hours per fortnight. Applicants must have AHPRA registration and at least five years of post-graduate nursing experience to support clinical excellence and coordinated care.

Position overview
  • Employment Type: Part time (24 hours per fortnight), On going position
  • Location: Warrnambool Campus
  • Classification: Nurse/Midwife not elsewhere classified
  • Salary Range: $134,498 pro rata, plus superannuation
About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join the team at our Camperdown Campus as a Clinical Coordinator. The Clinical Coordinator plays a key leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. Working collaboratively with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams, the successful candidate will support a coordinated approach to care that promotes functional independence, social participation, self-management and positive health outcomes. This position is responsible for overseeing care delivery processes, supporting clinical excellence and ensuring services are responsive to the individual needs of clients. Hours of duty may include weekends and public holidays. The successful applicant will be required to work a range of shifts and demonstrate flexibility to meet operational requirements.

  • A Registered Nurse holding a current Registration Certificate as required by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.
