Carranballac P-9 College in Point Cook, Melbourne, seeks a Learning Specialist Numeracy to lead whole‑school numeracy improvement across F–9. You will model exemplary teaching, coach staff, and drive data-informed practice to raise student achievement.

Role involves collaboration with the principal class, School Improvement Team, and Professional Learning Communities to implement the College Strategic Plan and ensure high-quality numeracy delivery for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum, with numeracy focus across F–9.
• Ability to model high-impact teaching strategies and provide feedback.
• Experience leading professional learning and coaching to improve teacher practice.
