Doveton College is seeking a Learning Specialist in Numeracy to lead high-quality teaching and learning with a focus on Numeracy. The role includes mentoring teachers, modelling best practice, and contributing to school-wide improvement using data to drive outcomes.

The successful candidate will engage in professional learning, collaborate with PLTs, and uphold the school's Teaching and Learning Framework and Berry Street Education Model to foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.

• SC1: Demonstrated expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to model exemplary teaching.
• SC2: Expertise in high-impact teaching strategies and using data to inform learning.

Responsabilités
