Job summary

ANSTO in Sydney’s Lucas Heights is seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to lead engagement initiatives with external stakeholders and promote cutting-edge nuclear science projects. This ongoing, full-time role offers flexible work practices, great team collaboration and opportunities to work across ANSTO’s campuses.

You will manage event lifecycles, coordinate communications and marketing collateral, build strong relationships with internal and external partners, and support SRSE

Qualifications

• Events project management from scoping and planning through to promotion, execution and post-event review.
• Guide ANSTO scientists and technologists through event lifecycles; support budget management.
• Plan, develop and refresh marketing collateral and communications for events.
• Develop positive relationships across ANSTO and with external stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements with SRSE team.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the General Manager and ensure confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee events project management from scoping to post-event review.
• Lead internal/external event lifecycles and coordinate budgets and contacts across campuses.
• Collaborate with teams to create and update marketing collateral and communications.
• Foster open communication with external stakeholders and suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement with SRSE and related processes.
• Assist with administrative duties and handle sensitive information professionally.
