Job summary

Fisher & Paykel is seeking a Regional Delivery & Installation Team Lead for New South Wales. Based in NSW, you will manage the NSW delivery and installation function, lead two teams and contractors, and drive on-time, safe product delivery and expert installations.

You will optimise schedules, collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders, and report on delivery performance, customer satisfaction and regional health metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading last-mile delivery and installation teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and optimise schedules, resources and routes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily delivery and installation schedules and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to meet service levels.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety and compliance with WHS standards and procedures.
• Provide coaching, development and performance feedback to the team.
• Prepare and present regional performance reports to management.
