Fisher & Paykel is seeking a Regional Delivery & Installation Team Lead based in New South Wales to oversee the NSW Delivery & Installation function, coordinating people, vehicles and schedules to deliver and install products safely and on time.

Based at Eastern Creek, you will lead two teams and work with logistics partners to achieve service levels, while driving continuous improvement in efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in last-mile logistics, home delivery or delivery and installation management.
Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily delivery and installation schedules and resource usage.
Lead regional delivery teams, coach staff and ensure safety standards.
Collaborate with logistics partners and stakeholders to meet service levels.
Provide performance reporting on delivery metrics and financial health.
