Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Australia is seeking a Regional Delivery & Installation Team Lead (NSW) based in Sydney/Eastern Creek. You will oversee the NSW delivery and installation operation, coordinate people, vehicles and schedules, and drive on-time, safe and high-quality service.

This hands-on leadership role includes coaching two teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experiences and performance reporting.

Qualifications

Experience in last-mile logistics and delivery/installation management.
Proven leadership in a fast-paced operation.
Strong planning, communication and problem-solving abilities.
ERP and cloud platform experience; JDE/Salesforce familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead daily delivery and installation schedules and optimise routes.
Manage resources, vehicles, inventory and service constraints.
Provide proactive customer communication and act as brand ambassador.
Report on delivery performance, NPS and regional financial health.
Ensure safety standards and compliance with WHS.
