Job summary

Axis Supports is seeking a senior leader to head the NSW operations from our North Strathfield site. You will steer strategy, balance workforce planning, service quality, financial health and participant outcomes, while leveraging automated workflows to simplify compliance under SCHADS Award and NDIS Practice Standards.

You will empower team leaders and frontline staff, acting as a fair escalation point for complex participant concerns, and drive cross-sector growth within a mature, scalable

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading disability or community services operations.
• Comfortable with modern tech stacks to drive efficiency.
• Calm, methodical approach when days don’t go as planned.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NSW operation with strategic direction and daily performance across workforce planning, service quality, financial health and participant outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with SCHADS Award and NDIS Practice Standards using automated workflows to minimize manual tasks.
• Support and empower team leaders and frontline staff to foster retention and engagement.
• Act as escalation point for complex participant or family concerns.
