Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group, via Corporate Traveller, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Western Sydney. The role combines prospecting, pitching, and securing new client partnerships, with a hybrid arrangement that may include a North Sydney office and occasional meetings closer to Western Sydney Airport.

You will manage the full business development cycle, identify opportunities, engage prospects, and onboard new clients, expanding the client portfolio with a focus on B2B travel

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a BDM, B2B sales or travel sales role.
• Proven ability to generate leads and build relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying and engaging potential clients: Seek out new business opportunities and initiate contact with companies that could benefit from our travel solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, nurturing connections to reinforce Corporate Traveller as a go-to partner.
• Present Corporate Traveller offerings, uncover needs, and articulate how tools and support save time and reduce costs.
