Job summary

L'Occitane en Provence is seeking an experienced NSW Area Manager to lead our network of eight boutiques across New South Wales. Reporting to the NSW Regional Manager, this role focuses on driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while aligning with brand values.

• 3+ years' multi-site retail management experience.
• Proven experience managing sales, budgets and P&L performance.
• Strong track record building and developing teams.
• Experience across recruitment, performance management, succession planning and WHS.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Coaching-led leadership style with constructive feedback.
• Energy, resilience and drive to impact business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and P&L across eight boutiques in NSW.
• Lead, coach and develop boutique leaders to build high-performing teams.
• Develop and implement regional business plans that drive growth.
• Champion exceptional customer experiences, brand excellence and retail standards.
• Analyse performance and translate insights into strategies.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Training, Marketing and Support Office teams.
• Lead boutique openings, refurbishments and strategic projects.
• Foster accountability, development, collaboration and recognition.
