Job summary

Thiess is seeking an experienced NPI Project Supervisor for the Eva Copper Mine Project in the Cloncurry region, Queensland. You will supervise subcontractors and coordinate safe, efficient NPI construction works, delivering to schedule and quality while maintaining a strong safety culture.

You will lead health, safety and environmental initiatives, manage crews and equipment across fronts, and ensure compliance with drawings and procedures.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience within mining, construction or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong health, safety and environmental culture across all work activities.
• Coordinate labour, plant, equipment and subcontractors across multiple construction fronts.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and site procedures.
