Catalyst Metals is seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to lead a program of non-process infrastructure and capital projects at the Plutonic Gold Mine. The role is site-based, reporting to the General Manager, and focuses on delivering on time, on budget and with the highest safety standards.

Catalyst Metals is seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to join our team at the Plutonic Gold Mine.
This is a key site-based role responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of non-process infrastructure (NPI) and capital projects across the operation. Reporting to the General Manager, you will take projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
With a broad pipeline of site improvement and infrastructure projects, this is an opportunity for an experienced project professional who enjoys being close to the operation, working across multiple disciplines and seeing projects through to delivery.
Your project portfolio will include:
You will manage project scope, budgets, schedules, contractors and procurement while working closely with Operations, Technical Services, Processing, Maintenance, HSET, Commercial and Corporate teams.
You will also be responsible for identifying and managing project risks, monitoring cost and schedule performance, providing regular progress reporting and ensuring contractors and project activities meet Catalyst's safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for someone who can combine strong project management disciplines with a practical, site-focused approach to getting things done.
Ideally, you will bring:
Experience within a remote mining environment and exposure to TSF, civil infrastructure, camp, utilities or site services projects will be highly regarded. PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management qualification would also be advantageous.
