Job summary

W3Global seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to join our mining operation team, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. You will drive a broad range of engineering, maintenance, operational and capital projects—safely, on time and within budget—across the site.

This hands-on role covers concept to completion, collaborating with site departments, contractors and technical teams to deliver value, optimize safety and environmental performance, and enable technological advancement.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
• Proven experience coordinating or managing projects in mining, industrial, manufacturing or heavy industry environments.
• Experience delivering projects from concept through to completion.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
• Experience using project management software, including Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience with Pronto or similar maintenance management systems (desirable).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (advantageous).

Responsibilities
