Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician based in the Nowra area to join our field service team. You’ll install, maintain and repair copper and fibre networks, delivering timely, high-quality customer service to homes and businesses across the region.

You’ll work autonomously with strong problem-solving and communication skills, hold an ACMA licence with a Certificate III or IV, and be comfortable travelling to different sites within required hours.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs.
• ACMA licence required with a Certificate III or IV.
• Previous experience in field service is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain copper and fibre networks across the Nowra region.
• Deliver end-to-end service with strong customer focus and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the team while working autonomously to meet deadlines.
