Job summary

Crown Sydney is seeking friendly, reliable team members for Housekeeping roles including Housekeeper, Room Attendant, Houseperson and Public Area Attendant. The positions offer part-time and full-time opportunities on a rotating roster, with a focus on delivering a premium guest experience at one of Australia’s iconic luxury hotels.

Successful applicants will have a minimum of 3 months in hotel housekeeping, strong physical stamina, and a customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months' previous experience in Housekeeping in a hotel, resort, or accommodation environment
• Availability to work across a 7‑day rotating roster
• Ability to perform continuous physical work, including standing, bending and lifting over 8 hours
• English communication skills to understand personalised instructions and safety requirements
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Crown's high standards
• Make beds, change linen and clean bathrooms
• Vacuum and tidy rooms
• Refill guest amenities and supplies
• Report maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor
• Respect guest privacy and work professionally at all times
• Work with your team to meet daily room targets based on a credit system
