Job summary

Lumia Care is seeking Community Support Workers to assist elderly clients in their own homes in the Illawarra region. You will help with social engagement, personal care, and daily tasks to promote safety and independence.

Make a real difference in your local community! The Opportunity We're urgently looking for Community Support Workers living in the Illawarra Region. In this rewarding role, you'll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes-while staying connected to their community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
• Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting with domestic tasks
• Community Access

What You'll Get

• Paid induction and continuous training
• Regular weekday roster (Mon-Fri, between 9am-6pm)
• Minimum 3-4 days availability required

What We're Looking For

• Caring, empathetic, and reliable individuals
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing - highly regarded)
• Disability/Aged Care experience
• Driver's licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
• Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
