Job summary

Lumia Care in Australia is seeking Community Support Workers to help elderly clients live safely at home across the West Region (Fitzroy/Point Cook/Werribee/Hoppers Crossing). You’ll provide social support, companionship, and personal care with dignity and respect.

We offer mentorship, paid induction, ongoing training, and a Mon–Fri 7am–6pm roster with 3–4 days availability. Cert III/IV in Aged Care or Disability is preferred, and Nursing studies are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Must have genuine care for elderly clients and be reliable.
• Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC.
• Driver’s licence and insured vehicle are essential.

The Opportunity

We’re urgently looking for Community Support Workers living in the West Region (Fitzroy/Point Cook/Werribee/Hoppers Crossing). In this rewarding role, you’ll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.
