Job summary

Lumia Care is seeking Community Support Workers to assist elderly clients in Central Victoria (Elwood/Port Melbourne/St Kilda) to live safely and independently at home while staying connected to their community.

You will provide social support, companionship, and personal care with dignity, plus domestic assistance and community access support. Ongoing mentorship, paid induction and a regular Mon-Fri daytime roster await the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability or Community services or currently studying Nursing.
• Disability/Aged Care experience preferred.
• Driver’s licence and a reliable insured vehicle.
• Current checks or willingness to obtain: First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC.
• Availability: minimum 3–4 days per week, Monday to Friday daytime shifts.
