Driva is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Novated Lease team in Sydney. You will guide customers through the leasing application process, quoting, and close conversions while maintaining best-in-class service.

You will work in a hybrid model with training and an uncapped learning budget, and you can work from home part of the year. Strong negotiation, CRM experience, and a passion for helping customers will help you exceed targets.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in D2C sales.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales through the funnel and exceed targets.
• Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the process.
• Prepare quotes and educate customers on novated leasing.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Onboard employers and target high conversion.
