Job summary

PCYC NSW is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for clubs and services across NSW. You will ensure timely payments, accurate records, and strong controls while liaising with internal teams and external vendors.

The role reports to the Financial Accountant and requires 2+ years in AP/AR, high attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and GL systems. Working With Children Check and National Police Check are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-volume processing.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases and general ledger systems.
• Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately in a high-volume environment.
• Prepare weekly and ad hoc vendor payment batches and remittances.
• Manage vendor onboarding and updates, including ABN verification.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for vendor payments and reprocess bounced payments.
• Support compliance with PCYC NSW policies and financial controls.
