Job summary

Heidelberg Materials AG in Sydney's Northern Beaches is seeking a confident Territory Sales Manager to nurture our ready-mix concrete customers and grow the business. You will build lasting relationships, understand client challenges, identify opportunities, manage a 12‑month rolling order book and pipeline, and work with internal teams to deliver practical value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in field sales, account management or customer service.
• Experience in industrial, building or construction sectors is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain products and value to diverse stakeholders.
• Organised, self-motivated and territory management capability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with ready‑mix concrete customers across Sydney's Northern Beaches.
• Understand customer needs and connect them with the right solutions from our product and service portfolio.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers and market segments within the territory.
• Manage an effective 12‑month rolling order book and sales pipeline.
• Monitor market conditions, customer needs, competitor activity and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes and achieve territory objectives.
• Contribute to regional sales targets and the Sales Incentive Scheme.
• Maintain necessary administration and reporting for territory management.
