Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Group is seeking a confident Territory Sales Manager to oversee ready-mix concrete customers across Sydney's Northern Beaches, focusing on building lasting relationships and understanding client challenges to deliver value.

You'll work with existing customers and identify new opportunities, manage a rolling 12-month order book and sales pipeline, monitor market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve territory objectives, while contributing to regional targets

Qualifications

3+ years in field sales or related customer-facing roles.
Experience in industrial, building or construction sectors is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Understand customer needs and connect them with our solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments within the territory.
Manage a 12-month rolling order book and sales pipeline.
Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes and meet territory goals.
Contribute to regional sales targets and incentive programs.
Handle administration and reporting for successful territory management.
