Sanitarium Health Food Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Supply Chain Team. You will process domestic and international customer orders through SAP and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving and communication skills, with FMCG/warehousing or logistics experience considered advantageous. On-site benefits include gym access and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with SAP is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in FMCG, warehousing or logistics is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Process domestic and international customer orders through SAP.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Investigate and resolve supply and demand issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
• Maintain SAP master data and work instructions.
