Job summary

ALH Hotels’ Narrabeen Sands Hotel is seeking a Nightly Front Office Attendant. You’ll be the first point of contact, delivering warm, attentive service to guests and handling reception tasks after hours.

The role requires great people skills, strong organisation, and an RSA certificate. You’ll collaborate with the team to support accommodation, bistro, and booking duties while maintaining a positive guest experience.

About The Role

Nightly Front Office Attendant | Narrabeen Sands Hotel | Dream big with us!

A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service
• Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible
• Lean into team work and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required

What do we need from you

About You

• You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
• You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are highly organised and have great computer skills
• You hold a current RSA certificate

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
