Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking a Night-fill Leader in Melbourne to own the night-time operations, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and presentation remains outstanding after hours. You will lead and develop the night team, manage rostering, and drive store standards across food safety and stock control.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining cost controls, and delivering a superior shopping experience for customers, while promoting a one-team culture focused on health,

Qualifications

• Direct leadership experience leading a team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
• Knowledge of stock management and visual merchandising standards.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment and ability to work evenings/night shifts.

About the Role

You’ll have full accountability for the running of the night-fill department ensuring deadlines are met, our shelves are fully stocked and exceptional store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.

• - To be flexible with evening working hours
• - Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• - Direct leadership experience as you’ll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
• - To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure Coles’ visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
