Job summary

The Coles Group in Bunbury, WA is seeking a vigilant Night Fill Leader to manage the overnight team, ensure shelves are stocked, and uphold presentation standards. Reporting to the Dry Goods Manager, you will coordinate restocking tasks, maintain accurate stock levels, and support a welcoming store environment for customers and team members.

About the Role

Reporting to the Dry Goods Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the night-fill team in meeting deadlines, ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and maintaining exceptional store presentation. You'll take pride in contributing to a store which is welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.

• Direct/indirect leadership experience
• Be well organised with excellent time management skills
• To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure Coles' visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
