Job summary

Coles Group in Bunbury is seeking a Nightfill In Charge to lead the night-fill team, meet deadlines, and ensure shelves are fully stocked with accurate stock levels. You will uphold Coles’ presentation standards, food safety, and store compliance while delivering a welcoming shopper experience and working in a fast-paced environment with evening shifts.

Reporting to the Dry Goods Manager, you’ll inspire the team, manage time effectively, and contribute to community-focused store performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Dry Goods Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the night-fill team in meeting deadlines, ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and maintaining exceptional store presentation. You’ll take pride in contributing to a store which is welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.

• To be flexible with evening working hours
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Direct/indirect leadership experience
• Be well organised with excellent time management skills
• To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure Coles’ visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
