The Coles Group is seeking a dedicated Night-Fill Leader to oversee the night-fill department, ensuring shelves are stocked, deadlines are met and store presentation remains top-quality during evening and night trade.

You will lead, coach and develop your team to achieve sales targets, manage rostering, and uphold food safety and stock management standards while promoting a one-team culture and outstanding customer experience.
