Job summary

Coles Group in Bunbury is seeking a Nightfill In Charge to lead the night-fill team, meet deadlines, and ensure shelves are fully stocked with accurate stock levels. You will uphold Coles’ presentation standards, food safety, and store compliance while delivering a welcoming shopper experience and working in a fast-paced environment with evening shifts.

Reporting to the Dry Goods Manager, you’ll inspire the team, manage time effectively, and contribute to community-focused store performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and store compliance requirements.
• Flexible to evening working hours.
