Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking a Night-fill Leader in Melbourne to own the night-time operations, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and presentation remains outstanding after hours. You will lead and develop the night team, manage rostering, and drive store standards across food safety and stock control.

Qualifications

• Direct leadership experience leading a team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
• Knowledge of stock management and visual merchandising standards.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment and ability to work evenings/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night-fill department to ensure shelves are stocked and store presentation is maintained during evening/night trade.
• Lead, coach and develop the night team to achieve sales targets and operational standards.
