Job summary

Ello Care is seeking committed Support Workers for night shift and sleepover duties in Newcastle and the Central Coast region. You will provide person-centred care to clients with psychosocial needs, maintaining safety, routine and dignity through overnight hours.

Ideal candidates hold Certificate III or IV in Disability, have NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Availability to work night shifts and sleepover shifts.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and quality framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, person-centred care during night hours.
• Assist with evening and overnight routines and medication management.
• Remain responsive and vigilant overnight, maintaining safety and documenting updates for the care team.
• Maintain overnight records and communicate updates to the team.
