Job summary

SHAPE Sydney is seeking a Site Foreman to lead night‑shift delivery on a major Sydney data centre project. You will coordinate trades, sequencing, site access and safety, ensuring quality and programme performance while working closely with the Site Manager.

This full‑time role supports night‑shift operations, with a practical, hands‑on approach and strong communication. You will uphold SHAPE’s standards and deliver a safe, efficient site environment.

Qualifications

• Trade or tertiary building qualification required.
• Current Construction Industry Card.
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in construction and fast-paced site environment.
• Understanding of EHSQ principles and safe work practices.
• Basic understanding of most trades and building services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries, site logistics and supplier access.
• Review subcontractor SWMS/SSOW before works commence.
• Monitor works on site and support close out of corrective actions.
• Organise defects rectification and support quality outcomes.
• Maintain site diaries, progress updates and project documentation.
• Update daily progress in SHAPE Project Delivery Systems, including Procore.
