A leading construction company in Sydney is looking for a Site Supervisor - Night Shift to oversee subcontractor trades on a high-rise commercial building project. The ideal candidate will have a trade background, experience in high-rise projects, and strong communication skills for effective team management. This full-time role is crucial to ensure projects adhere to time, cost, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role on high-rise commercial building projects, ideally within a Tier 1 main contractor or developer environment.
• High-end commercial lobby and fit-out packages experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the delivery of subcontractor trade requirements on all packages of work.
• Ensure works are completed within time, cost and quality obligations.
• Assist the Project Manager in establishing and guiding a cohesive and focused project team.
